The Fit Bodies, Inc. Affiliate Program is designed for fitness industry leaders, influencers, and partner companies who wish to share the unique benefits of our teaching vacation network. By becoming an affiliate, you are authorized to promote our services using a unique tracking identifier and earn substantial rewards for the community growth you facilitate.

2. Earning Potential & Structure

WE OFFER ONE OF THE MOST COMPETITIVE REWARD STRUCTURES IN THE FITNESS TRAVEL INDUSTRY.

1. Initial Account Registration: 10% Commission

   Earn 10% of the total value of any new account's first paying registration. This applies to the initial membership tier or package selected by your referral at the time of signup.

2. Ongoing Travel Rewards: 10% Return

   This program offers a true passive income opportunity. You will earn an ongoing 10% return based on all future travel booking fees associated with your referrals for as long as their account remains active.

3. Tracking & Account Management

Upon approval, each individual or partner company is established with a professional affiliate account within the FitBodiesInc.com ecosystem.

1. Unique Tracking ID: Affiliates are provided a dedicated tracking number and custom URL. This technology ensures all click-throughs and subsequent registrations are accurately attributed to your account.
2. Dashboard Access: You will have 24/7 access to your affiliate portal to view real-time statistics on clicks, successful referrals, and pending commissions.
3. Referral Lifecycle: Commissions are generated after reaching earning threshold of $100 or more and paid monthly through our integrated billing system, ensuring you are credited for both immediate actions and long-term travel activity.

4. Eligibility & Participation

1. Qualified Entities: The program is open to individual fitness professionals and established wellness companies. All applicants must be approved by Fit Bodies, Inc. prior to generating tracking links.  Presentation of an active plan to share Fit Bodies and our travel program is a primary and essential qualification.
2. Professionalism: Affiliates are expected to maintain the highest standards of professional conduct. Misrepresentation of our resort programs or teaching vacation requirements will result in immediate disqualification.
3. Compliance: Use of the affiliate tracking system indicates full acceptance of the Fit Bodies, Inc. Master Terms & Conditions.

5. Payout Terms & Conditions

1. Payment Schedule: Commission payouts are typically processed on a monthly basis once the earned balance reaches the minimum threshold, $100.
2. Refund Adjustments: In the event a referral’s initial registration is refunded (where applicable under membership terms), the associated commission will be deducted from the affiliate’s pending balance.
3. Tax Responsibility: Affiliates are independent contractors and are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from earned commissions.

6. Program Modifications

Fit Bodies, Inc. reserves the absolute right to modify commission rates, payout schedules, or eligibility requirements at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the affiliate portal or registered email address. Continued use of your affiliate tracking ID constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
