Future Access Package – Terms

By purchasing a Future Access Package (Plutonium, Lightning, or Gigawatt), you agree to the following terms and conditions. These packages are an extension of the services offered on the Fit Bodies, Inc. website.

1. Validity, Rules, and Usage

1.1 Credits and Redemption: Each package provides a defined amount of credits based on the selected tier. Credits are applied toward teaching vacation bookings, and each reservation deducts the corresponding amount from the available package balance.

1.2 Exclusive Access Window

These packages grant early access to travel weeks occurring between June 2027 and March 2028, prior to general membership availability. Credits may also be used for any other dates available to the purchaser under their active membership.

1.3 Membership Requirement: An active Fit Bodies membership is required to utilize credits or benefits associated with any Future Access Package.

1.4 Balance Inquiry: Package holders may request their remaining credit balance at any time by contacting Fit Bodies Customer Service.

1.5 Resort Availability: Credits may only be redeemed at selected current Fit Bodies partner resorts. Future partner resorts may be included at the sole discretion of Fit Bodies, Inc.

1.6 Non-Cash Value: Credits hold no cash value and may only be redeemed for qualifying reservations under Fit Bodies’ programs.

2. Refund and Cancellation Policy

2.1 No Refunds: All Future Access Packages are strictly non-refundable once purchased.

2.2 Trip Cancellations: If a booked trip is canceled within 90 days of travel, a penalty of $250 applies. Failure to pay the penalty will result in forfeiture of all package rights and future bookings.

2.3 Modifications: Rescheduling or modifications are subject to resort availability and standard Fit Bodies policies. Additional modification fees may apply.

2.4 Misuse: Repeated cancellations, misuse of package privileges, or failure to meet professional teaching requirements may result in suspension of booking privileges or package termination without refund.

3. Financing Terms

3.1 Payment Options: All Future Access Packages must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

4. Teaching Responsibilities

Packages are exclusively for qualified fitness, yoga, sports, and wellness professionals. Standard teaching commitments published on fitbodiesinc.com apply to all stays. Failure to meet these may result in suspension or termination of rights.

5. General Limitations

Non-Transferability: Packages are strictly non-transferable and may only be used by the purchaser and eligible companions.

Expiration: All credits must be redeemed within 18 months from the date of purchase. Any unused credits will automatically expire.

5.1 Promotions: Future Access Packages may not be combined with other Fit Bodies promotions or credits unless stated in writing.

5.2 Company Rights: Fit Bodies, Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify participating resorts, available dates, or package inclusions without prior notice.

5.3 Capacity: All benefits are subject to resort availability, operational capacity, and the prevailing terms of the Fit Bodies, Inc. program.
