Travel Package Terms of Use

 

Effective for all Fit Bodies Travel Packages. These terms govern the purchase and use of prepaid travel credits.

1. Package Structure & Credit-to-Week Usage

Fit Bodies Travel Packages are sold as prepaid travel credits.

$1 USD = 1 Credit
(1,000 credits = 1 travel week valued up to $1,000 USD)
  • Each confirmed travel week consumes 1,000 credits, regardless of the actual listed value of the week.
  • Overage: If a selected week is valued above $1,000, the member is responsible for paying the difference at the time of booking.
  • Underage: If a selected week is valued below $1,000, the full 1,000 credits will still be applied.
  • Restrictions: Unused credit value is not refundable, transferable, or carried forward.

2. Eligible Travel & Validity

2.1 Usage Scope: Credits may be applied exclusively toward accommodations on Fit Bodies teaching vacations.

2.2 Validity Period: Travel credits are valid for bookings and travel between 2025 and 2027, subject to availability.

2.3 Booking Limits: A maximum of two (2) weeks per resort per quarter may be booked per member.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Full Payment: All Travel Packages must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

3.2 Payment Plans: Payment plans are not available for these packages.

3.3 Credit Activation: Credits will be added to the member’s account only after full payment is received.

4. Membership Inclusion

Each Travel Package includes a Fit Bodies Membership:

* Membership benefits are governed by the standard terms of each membership tier.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

5.1 No Refunds: No refunds will be issued once the package is purchased.

5.2 Rescheduling: A $250 change fee applies to rescheduling confirmed travel weeks.

5.3 Misuse: Misuse of package privileges may result in membership suspension for up to 12 months.

6. Teaching Responsibilities

Travel Packages are intended for qualified fitness professionals. Standard teaching requirements, certifications, and professional conduct outlined on FitnessProTravel.com apply. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of booked travel without refund.

7. Availability & Resort Terms

Credits may only be applied to participating resorts available at the time of booking. Resort-specific pricing, schedules, and requirements may vary. Availability is limited and not guaranteed for specific resorts, dates, or seasons.

8. No Alteration to Standard Terms:

Travel Packages do not replace or override the general Terms of Service of FitnessProTravel.com. All standard cancellation policies, resort rules, and professional requirements remain in effect.

9. Exclusivity & Promotions:

Travel Packages cannot be combined with other Fit Bodies promotions or discounts. Credits and packages are non-transferable and may only be used by the purchasing member.
