Current Travel Requirements
International Travel to Fit Bodies, Inc. Resort Countries
Let’s review or introduce you to important aspects of traveling internationally to teach.
Important Travel Reminders
- Your airline(s) is a best source to inquire about destination-related travel requirements.
- Make sure you read ALL of your Fit Bodies emails from transfers@fitbodiesinc.com, each time you travel and for each resort. We update these automated emails frequently because they contain important and changing information. It is important that you share information with your companions too, so everyone knows expectations when traveling as a Fit Bodies guest.
- Look at your passport expiration dates now* for all travelers. Everyone needs a valid passport to travel, including infants.
- *You need to apply for your passport renewal at least six months before it is due to expire. Entry into a country can be denied if your passport is expiring within two or three months, even if your passport is currently valid.
- *Infants must be noted in your airline reservation (on lap). Please check with your airline for details.
- Always check “leisure” or “tourism” on customs forms as your reason for traveling.
- Book airport transfers early; we suggest at least two weeks in advance. Transfers may not be booked within 72 hours of departure. Transfer details are on the resort details on our website and listed on your Trip Details. Most resort teaching vacation positions require separate purchase of airport transportation.
- It is highly recommended you purchase travel insurance to protect your trip and peace of mind. We did our research and found great partners at IMG.
