1. Program Overview

The Fit Bodies, Inc. Travel Rewards Program is our way of thanking our loyal community for sharing the benefits of teaching vacations. Unlike our corporate affiliate tracks, this program is points-based and designed for individual members. By referring colleagues, you earn "Travel Reward Points" which can be applied directly toward your own future booking fees.

Note: Travel Rewards are issued as account points only. They hold no cash value and cannot be redeemed for checks or cash payouts.

2. How You Earn Points

SHARE THE VALUE AND GROW YOUR REWARD BALANCE AUTOMATICALLY.

1. New Member Registration: 10% Point Value

   Earn points equal to 10% of the value of any new referral's first paying registration fee (Membership or Package).

2. Membership Renewals: 10% Point Value

   Continue earning! You receive a 10% point return on all subsequent annual membership renewals made by your referrals.

3. Ongoing Travel: 1% Point Return

   For every teaching vacation your referral books, you earn a 1% return in points based on their booking fees.

3. Redeeming Your Points

Travel Reward points can be applied during the checkout process for any teaching vacation booking fee. However, the following mandatory thresholds apply:

1. Maximum Point Discount: You may utilize points to reduce your booking fee by up to, but not exceeding, 70% of the total fee.
2. Minimum Cash Requirement: A minimum cash payment of $300.00 USD is required for any booking, regardless of your point balance. Points can only be applied to the portion of the fee that exceeds this $300 minimum.
3. Point Conversion: For the purpose of redemption, one (1) Travel Reward Point is equivalent to one (1) USD Cent ($0.01).

4. Tracking & Status

1. Loyalty Dashboard: You can view your real-time point balance, earning history, and referral activity by visiting the "Travel Reward" section within your account dashboard.
2. Expiration: Points remain active as long as you maintain an active premium membership. Lapsed memberships may result in point forfeiture.
3. Non-Transferability: Points are tied to your specific account and cannot be transferred to other members or shared between accounts.

5. Program Modifications

Fit Bodies, Inc. reserves the absolute right to modify point earning rates, redemption thresholds (including the 70% cap and $300 minimum), or eligibility requirements at any time. Significant changes will be posted to the Site or communicated via email. Continued participation in the program following such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
