Unlimited Package – Terms and Conditions
By purchasing an Unlimited Package, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These packages are an extension of the services offered on the FitnessProTravel.com website.
1. Validity, Rules, and Usage Limitations
1.1 Booking Window (Validity): Unlimited Packages grant the purchaser a defined period of time to make reservations (“Booking Window”). Travel may occur after this window ends, provided the reservation was made within the timeframe:
- Tier 1 & Tier 2: 12 months to make bookings.
- Tier 3: 18 months to make bookings.
- Tier 4: 24 months to make bookings.
1.2 Membership Requirement: An active Fit Bodies membership is required to use any Unlimited Package benefits. Packages do not include a membership.
1.3 Seasonal Access Tiers

1.4 Per Resort Limit: Travel is limited to a maximum of two (2) weeks per quarter per resort to ensure equitable distribution.
1.5 Resort Availability: Packages apply only to current Fit Bodies partner resorts. Future resorts may be included at the sole discretion of Fit Bodies, Inc.
1.6 Exclusive Promotions: Time-limited access to additional high-demand Peak weeks may be granted periodically (e.g., 72-hour booking windows). These are not guaranteed.
2. Refund and Cancellation Policy
2.1 No Refunds: All Unlimited Packages are strictly non-refundable once purchased.
2.2 Trip Cancellations: If a booked trip is canceled within 90 days of travel, a $500 penalty applies. Failure to pay the penalty results in forfeiture of all package rights.
2.3 Modifications: Rescheduling is subject to resort availability and standard Fit Bodies policies. Modification fees may apply.
2.4 Misuse: Repeated cancellations or failure to meet teaching requirements may result in booking suspension for up to 12 months or package termination without refund.
3. Financing Terms
3.1 Payment Options: Members may pay in full or select a 12-Month Installment Plan (25% down payment + 12% APR).

4. Teaching Responsibilities
Exclusively for qualified professionals. Standard teaching commitments, as published on FitnessProTravel.com, apply to all stays. Failure to meet these may result in termination of package rights.
5. General Limitations
Packages are non-transferable. Unused peak weeks expire at the end of the Booking Window. Benefits are subject to resort availability, capacity, and seasonal restrictions.
5.1 Promotions: Unlimited Packages may not be combined with other Fit Bodies promotions or credits unless stated in writing.
5.2 Company Rights: Fit Bodies, Inc. reserves the right to modify participating resorts, inclusions, or related policies without prior notice.
